We understand and respect the importance of privacy.  This Privacy Policy applies to the website located at www.coju.mobi (the “Website”), and our mobile device applications, including but not limited to “Coju”, “Duplicates View & Destroy”, “vCard Export/Import, “APKit”, “Contacts Xchange Bluetooth”,”Contacts View”, “Contacts Backup” and “Undelete Contacts” (the “Apps”). In this Privacy Policy we explain how our apps use information in the installed device. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, the Website, our Apps, and the services available therein are collectively called the “Services”.

Phonebook or Contact Information

Our contacts related services will access the Contacts, Call history and SMS database, data of which is limited to the use ONLY in the device the app is installed in. No data will be sent to us or a third party in an automated way by the services. Data regarding contacts can only be shared when you explicitly choose to do so using the options available in the services. When you use features like contact backup and local contacts account functions, contact information is saved to the device SD card or internal storage space, from where other applications that can access the SD card or internal storage will be able to read the data. Some services also allow you the option to send the backup file to an email address or the cloud, however all these options are explicitly selected by the user.

Device Information

Our utility related services will access the device information including information about other installed apps, data of which is limited to the use ONLY in the device the app is installed in. No data will be sent to us or a third party in an automated way by the services. Data regarding device or other installed apps can only be shared when you explicitly choose to do so using the options available in the services. When you use features like share folder or files functions, the folder or files is saved to the device SD card or internal storage space, from where other applications that can access the SD card will be able to read the data. Some services also allow you the option to send files/folders to an email address or the cloud, however all these options are explicitly selected by the user.

Changes Privacy Policy or Services

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy and the Services at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services after we have posted the Modified Private Policy shall constitute your consent to the Modified Privacy Policy and indicate that you agree to be bound by the Modified Privacy Policy.
